Houmous

2,5 cup cooked chickpeas
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
2 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup water

Blend all together
Let houmous cool
Spread over bread
Serve Jaro something healthy :)
